Army Family Care Plan Discharge Question?

Hi, my wife and I are dual service, and one of us is going to get discharged because we can’t come up with a family care plan for our daughter that is going to be born. I’m an orphan and she doesn’t have family that can take care of her. I received a Company grade Article 15 about 6 or 7 months ago, and I have read that you can get a general discharge instead of an honorable discharge if you’ve been UCMJ’d. I got demoted to E-3 14/14 and I’m still under the same COC.

you can be denied an Honorable discharge simply because you don’t have a FCP, which you are required by instruction to have. and Family does NOT have to be the only people on it. Hell, I was a listed provider for friends of ours.
