A good Formula to create Durgiana state
1.Carry out Survey of Land Holdings of Punjabi Hindus during 1947 at Pakistan
2.Carry out Survey of Land Holdings of Punjabi Hindus in Haryana
3.Carry out Survey of Land Holdings of those Punjabi Hindus in India, who wish to shift to new state
4.Government to procure Lands ie Land Holdings of all Non Punjabi Hindus in the Region comprising Panchkula,Ambala,Yamunanagar,Karnal,Panipat,Sonipat,Saharnpur, Gajiabad,NOIDA, Faridabad which should be equal to total land holdings of Punjabi Hindus
5.Declare New State Durgiana and include a clause idebnticle to Article 370 in Constitution of India so that out siders other then Punjabi Hindus are not permitted to settle in this region
6.Imagine Punjabi Hindu Police encircling Delhi shall provide an excellent Security cover to Delhi
My opinion on it I have shared earlier also. Most of this 62 years we have developed (or under-developed) without any proper planning. It is not clear on what basis the states and resources were divided/distributed. Because if that logic has to be followed many more states can be formed.
Point 2. there was no proper planning for the people coming from other side of the border in 1947. They might have recd. a one time compensation if they were lucky but the issue is much more bigger. what about their acceptability among the already residents of this country? what about their next generations and their identity? what about their culture the root of which they have left behind in Pak?
point 3. Do we seriously believe in unity in diversity? are we really interested in preserving the local cultures however small they may be? It seems unity in diversity for us is only about religions. Other forms of diversity like language or tradition is hardly given any imporatnce. there are many parts of the country which has become too cosmopolitan. if unity in diversity has to be followed then they also need to preserved.
This is the reason behind many woes and many such demands. The authorities only react, they never act. they only give milk when the child start crying. that is why each time a new issue comes up. but the issue was always there and no one paid attention till it reached the stage of violent protests.
This is not a logical answer on specific terms but rather tackling it from the roots.
