I’ve quit my 2 a day habit yesterday after everyone gave me a hard time about it. But it was prob a good thing as it gave me the push.
Just found this article disturbing.
What aload of s***! lol! Jus dont smoke while pregnant its common sense. If its bad for you its bad for baby. Even secondhand smoke is bad for you! All that bout being middle class an it not having the same risk factors as someone who is working class… whatever! ha! whole thing just made me laugh! Ur right, it is disturbing! Well done to quit! It is hard but better for both u an baby yeh?
