Peer reviewer articles pertaining to Nutrition/Health.?

I am a college student( freshman ) and for ny Nutrition class we are having to do an Article Review Paper on something, anything that is related to health issues and/or nutrition. Our professor tells us to use a website called Pubmed to do this assignment but i dont find this site usefull. The article HAS to be peer reviewed, and im not sure i understand what that means, or how to tell if an article has been peer reviewed. Can anyone recommend a site i can use to find an article to write about that IS peer reviewed? I am a dental student if that helps any, but it does not have to pertain to anything dental wise.

Hi, it is pretty easy to find good sites with peer reviewed articles on Nutrition and Health. Below are a couple of really good sites that helped my cousin while she was going to school.
