What is the best article spinner software and why?

I’m looking for software that will create lots of different articles from one original or “seed” article. Also, if it has a submitter then that would be a bonus. I need the articles to pass copyscape and I don’t want to spend more than $100.

I am using Mass Article Control Pro (2009). It creates human readable content and has a built in synonym database. Also has a auto submitter that submits to the top article directories (ezine articles, go articles, article dashboard, etc). Highly recommended. I don’t know if it’s still $77 or not but that’s what I paid for it – worth it. Link below:
