In the State of Georgia, are the records of articles of incorporation for homeowner’s associations accessable?

I am looking for the actual papers filed under the Georgia nonprofit corporation code, for a homeowners association called Surfside Property Owners Association. Is this information available on the web, and if so, could you please tell me how to access this particular filing? Sorry, but as I am very new to web searching, could you please be somewhat specific. I did a search of Georgia .gov and got hundreds of thousands of matches and was unable to find what I was looking for. Thank you kindly for your help.
