How do you take a big company to court? Me and all my friends would like to take Mars candy bars to court.?

We would like to take them to court for doing inhumane tests on animals and we plan to write an article for the local news paper, but we don’t know how to get peoples attention, no one will listen cause we’re just a bunch of kids!
i do have proof that they are doing animal tests because i’ve seen videos. i do have about 10 adults on the case as well. please do not buy mars candy bars.

I don’t know if they do tests or not, but even if they do, it is probably legal for them to conduct such tests under the laws of the states in which they operate. That being the case, you have no legal theory under which to sue them civilly.
