Also what is the fecha today and apuntes?
Is that from a book or did your teacher prepare it? Because there are some strange things there.
For example, a noun refers to a place, person, etc., not only in Spanish.
Also, where it says “modelo” (which sounds very weird and unnatural) it should say “example”.
The “or” in the sentence about the definite article in English is also a mistake. And “some” is not considered an article, at least not by most grammarians.
The whole thing just doesn’t look natural.
