Islam:is it mandatory to believe in the sharia,in order to be a Muslim?Or is it enough to believe in the?
five pillars of faith and the six articles of faith?
Shariah mean Islamic law, Shariah is the the fundamentals of Islam and it consist of the five pillars and the six articles of faith. THEY ARE SHARIAH, let me break it down
1.IMAN-There is none worthy of worship except God and Muhammad is the messenger of God.” This declaration of faith is called the Shahadah, a simple formula that all the faithful pronounce. The significance of this declaration is the belief that the only purpose of life is to serve and obey God, and this is achieved through the teachings and practices of the Last Prophet, Muhammad. ALL IS ANSWERED FOR YOU RIGHT HERE. this pillar says to Obey Allah, meaning shariah and sunnah, dont drink dont commit zinna a women must cover etc.
So Basically if you are a Muslim and you believe and FOLLOWER these articles of faith and pillars. You are following Shariah.
