Is it true that Blanket Jackson is half mexican?

I recently read an article on line, that stated that Michael Jackson had a secret girlfriend/wife and she is lil Blanky’s biological mother. I can’t remember her name at this moment, but it said that she is an american woman of mexican decent. It says that she is a young lady in here early thirties who is a professional RN nurse in San Diego. According to this article, she and Mike had been seeing each other secretly for years and that he was totally in love with her and adored her very much! Who can tell me if any of this is true? I personally believe that lil Blanky’s mother might, very well be Mexican- He does have his lil mexican features. I should know, I’m mexican myself. But I’m not too sure about the rest of the story, about them being so much in love. I love MJ and I’m just very curious to know the truth. I know it’s not important, and what is, is his legacy, but one can’t help but wonder. Thanks guys!

He’s some sort of hispanic, but nobody knows who his mother is, so it’s hard to tell.
