Nope, name of article regular, journal title italicized (italicizing and underlining are the same thing. You can italicize when you’re using a computer, back in the world of typewriters and hand-writing things people would underline.)
Also, you only capitalize the first word of the article title, not every word like you would do in MLA or Chicago format.
