Who was the first head of the American Nation under the Articles of Confederation?
I’m thinking it was George Washington right? Because he was the first president. Or am I wrong?
Wrong, John Hancock since he was the president of the Second Contitnal Congress, but if you want to be techical about it, the Govenors accually because the Articals said that the states were in charge.
