This bloke killed a tourist in Melbourne driving drunk and has done a runner.
Puneet Puneet, an Indian national who was in Australia on a student visa, recorded a BAC of 0.165 after the crash.
Police estimate he was travelling at almost 150km/h when he lost control in the 60km/h zone
