History Articles Of Confederation

What were the major goals and worries of the framers of the Articles of Confederation?
My history teacher gave us something to read and it says nothing about framers so if you could help me out with an answer or website that would be great.
A major concern was too much government power. They wanted to maintain order without the land becoming a dictatorship and wanted the power to be in the hands of the people rather than one leader, such as a king.
