How to cite a study in APA style. Please help!!!?

I just got through using an article called Mobile phones and driving: a review of contemporary research by Ola Svenson and Christopher J. D. Patten. This article was received on September 29, 2005, accerpted on May 5, 2004 and published online on June 2, 2005 copywrighted by Springer-Verlag London Limited 2005. Within this article, there was a study done by Parkes AM and Hooijmeijer V (2001) that came from The influence of the use of mobile phones on driver situation awareness. Transport Research Laboratory, Crowthorne, UK, Manuscript (aparkes@trl.co.uk) (This is the info provided by Ola and Christopher in their references.) I used the study done by Parkes and Hooijmeijer in my lab report and now I’m wondering how would I cite this in APA format? I know I should also mention Ola and Christopher since the study was in their article. I hope I have typed this clearly enough. All help would be greatly appreciated.

Your in text citation would be:

Parkes & Hooijmeijer, 2001, as cited by Svenson & Patten, 2004.

But you reference the article you read (the Svenson & Patten article).
