Where can I locate them in the internet. Are there any sites I can download (preferably free) copies? I asked on the internet one of these companies which help you to open your own Ltd, paid £110 but apparently they do not provide these articles! I am not very amused and I am not sure if I am getting the right service. I only received the certificate of incorporation.
If you have had a company set up for you, you must have the mem and arts – not least because you would have had to sign these. If the set up company has registered your company without letting you have a copy of the mem and arts, then you have been had. You can’t operate without these because they are your rules for how your company works. Go back to the formation company and ask for them – or your money back.
